At Applewood Achievers Toastmasters Club, we can help you improve your speaking and leadership skills in a friendly and supportive environment. The Toastmasters program helps you develop at your own pace, through a structured program of speeches and leadership tasks. We are open to anyone wishing to improve their public speaking skills, from the novice who wants to overcome their fear to the pro who needs to sharpen their delivery. Applewood Achievers Toastmasters Club meets on Mondays (excluding statutory holidays) from 12 noon – 1:00 PM at 450 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON, conveniently located near the intersection of Hwy 427 and Burnhamthorpe Road.

The Humber Bay Dragon Boat Club‘s goal is to provide teams and individuals across Toronto with a hassle-free, affordable, and fun paddling experience. Have fun getting fit with your coworkers, friends, and family! Dragon Boat is also a great fundraising activity.
Conveniently located in Toronto’s west end and the Mimico Creek valley, Islington Golf Club is a challenging 18-hole, par-72 golf course with tree-lined, parkland-style golf holes, rolling terrain, and meandering Mimico Creek. A newly redesigned 15th hole and eagerly anticipated new bentgrass greens will make 2015 a stellar golf season.
Kids Rec Spot is a supervised recreational program for children ages 6 to 12 years old in the Central Etobicoke area. Through Structured group activities, kids choice play and monthly special events. Children will engage in team building activities and meet new children in the community. Kids Rec Spot will meet weekly on Saturdays from 4pm to 6pm.
Laya Bhava Dance Academy is a school of Bharathanatyam, Indian Classical Dance. It was established in 1986 by our artistic director, Mrs.Kirupanithy Ratneswaran. We have locations in Markham, Scarborough and Toronto. Our school trains students to learn this Indian classical dance and perform as well. Students from the age of 5 to 35 continue to learn dance. Our school provides yearly examinations for all students and offers high school credit courses. We have two textbooks written by our artistic director, Mrs.Kirupanithy Ratneswaran which we use to teach dance and theory. Many students from other schools use these books for exams as well. In addition, we conduct arangetrams for all graduating students. Students continuing their education in dance are taught nattuvangam and the opportunity to learn in special workshops. Many graduates from our school go on further to become dance teachers, performers and even have their own schools.
Neilson Park Creative Centre is a community centre focused on the arts.
Established in 1992 in central Etobicoke to provide a permanent home for the community arts groups who continue working there today, Neilson Park Creative Centre also offers a variety of classes and workshops to the community and provides an excellent gallery space available for rental.
NPCC is a purpose-built creative arts facility operated by a not-for-profit corporation and managed by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors includes representatives from its Resident Groups and the community.
The building is leased from the City of Toronto who support the organization through the provision of services that keep the facility operating smoothly.
Off Limit Sports Inc is an Etobicoke based provider of Adult Social Sport leagues, tournaments and unique events in Etobicoke, Toronto and the GTA.
Sports Camps Canada was founded in 2015 and is the official operator of Nike Sports Camps in Canada. SCC partners with the country’s best coaches to direct our camps and provides them with valuable administrative and marketing support. We continue to grow thanks to an outstanding community of Camp Directors and the dedication of the entire Sports Camps Canada staff.
