At Applewood Achievers Toastmasters Club, we can help you improve your speaking and leadership skills in a friendly and supportive environment. The Toastmasters program helps you develop at your own pace, through a structured program of speeches and leadership tasks. We are open to anyone wishing to improve their public speaking skills, from the novice who wants to overcome their fear to the pro who needs to sharpen their delivery. Our programs cover many different areas of speaking, communication, and leadership; including: Beginners wanting to overcome their nervousness about public speaking. In Toastmasters, you learn by practicing how to prepare and give a speech, and you will receive helpful, friendly evaluations that help you improve with each talk.
