Maureen Rae’s Yoga Studio opened in 2002 and has experienced amazing growth and success ever since. Much of it is due to the excellent guidance provided by Maureen Rae and her instructors. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years with 15 of those years as a practitioner of Yoga. To add to the list of accomplishments, Maureen was named as the recipient of the prestigious Can-Fit-Pro Canadian Presenter of the Year this past August. This honour is given to the Fitness Industry’s top professional presenter in recognition of exceptional leadership and inspiration. The studio was also voted Etobicoke’s Best Yoga Studio 2009.
Variety is the spice of life and Maureen Rae’s Yoga Studio subscribes to that theory by providing a number of different classes aimed at both beginner and intermediate students. In addition to the traditional classes they also hold Dance Yoga Classes, a unique work blending yoga with tai chi, dance and pilates. Morning and evening meditation classes to clear your mind from everyday stresses. As well as the popular Zumba! classes, vibrant Latin-inspired workouts with easy to follow moves (great fun!). Drop in classes are also available with convenient yoga passes.
