During the Christmas holidays there are few things more inspiring than the sound of 150 beautiful voices filling the air with song. The Carolling in The Kingsway Concert in Etobicoke supports the Out of the Cold program and is an event that people wait all year for. What makes it all the more special that it is all for a good cause which we can all get behind.
The 18th Annual Carolling in The Kingsway Concert is being held Saturday November 24 2018 at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church. The church is located at 3055 Bloor Street West (at Royal York). Roughly 150 singers from 11 choirs will sing alongside a brass quartet. It is truly an amazing sight and a pleasure for the senses as music fills the air and your hearts.
The Carolling in The Kingsway Concert is not just about song and melodic voices. Donations are encouraged as the event is in support of the All Saints’ Kingsway Anglican Church’s Out of the Cold program, which feeds over 100 people once a week during the cold winter months. They also feed, clothe, offer facilities, 20 of our homeless each week. The Kingsway BIA is the primary sponsor for the event which allows more of the proceeds to go to the program.
Attend the Carolling in The Kingsway Concert in Etobicoke this year and make it a family tradition. Please donate what you can to this very worthwhile cause.
